HI, I’m Keili—pronounced Kay-lee (they/them)
I was born in California and now live with my wife in the traditional lands of the Chinook Tribes (Portland, OR). I’m a queer, neurodivergent, swear word loving, super sensitive human and Evidence Based Somatic Coach. I’m also a habitual student, former dance and theatre teacher, almost primatologist, cat parent and lover of food.
I work with LGBTQ+ clients (and allies too) and support them while they take steps to reach their goals. I’ve helped people navigate career shifts, job drama, salary negotiations, big relationship feelings, health, parenting, new business ventures, conflicting cultural nuances, major perspective shifts, and all the life-stuff that comes with it.
My coaching is bold and heart-centered with the goal of helping you work through things like imposter syndrome, lack of confidence, discovering boundaries, and building self-trust. You deserve to take up space/get that raise/take that career leap/reframe that old thought pattern/deepen your relationship with yourself!

What is coaching?
Coaching is a partnership between the coach and client to help you achieve personal and professional goals and become the person you want to be. Our conversations are confidential and a judgement-free space for you to explore new ideas, examine old ones, dream expansively, and feel your emotions.
As the client, you are in control of each conversation and set the pace and goals. As your coach, I ask powerful questions and provide observations to help you see new perspectives, give honest feedback, and facilitate an environment in which you hold yourself accountable.
Coaching is like bowling with the guard rails up! You are the ball rolling towards the pins (aka your goals), and I as your coach am there to hold that space so you can get there!
You have all the knowledge, wisdom, and experience within you!
